mom vs. debt

This is the story of how I paid of $64k in credit card debt in two years (without becoming a stripper.) But it’s also a study on what led me there, and why it was really the best thing that ever happened to me.

About the Book

If you are here, I’d say the chances are good that you are in debt, of one sort or another. I’ve been there.

You are probably upset, or mad, or depressed about that. The being in debt, I mean.

Don’t be. It happens to loads of people. And even though it doesn’t feel like it, I am absolutely sure it is part of the path in life that you are meant to walk.

I know you want out. I get it. I’ve been there. And we’re gonna get you out.

Since you are here, make sure you check out the blog and resources pages. The blog is going to be about my story and the stories of others who have paid their debt off, or are in debt right now.

I promise you can get through this. You will not only be a better person on the other side of it, but you will have the tools to prevent it from happening again in the future.

Just Boldly Go

Hi. My name is Amanda. I’m currently 42 years old – and it’s been nine years since I paid off $64,000 of credit card debt.

That’s right, sixty-four thousand dollars.

How did I manage to rack up that much? To be honest, I’m not sure.

How did I pay it off? Hard work.

Was it easy? Nope.

Can you do it? Definitely.

But really, how did I do get that far in and how did I pay it off? Well, it’s a long story. There is more to it than just being in debt. And there is more to it than just getting out of it.

If you want to get the whole story, you’re going to have to check out the blog. It will all be revealed over the next few months, with a smattering of guest blogs thrown in too.

I want you to know you aren’t alone in this. And you aren’t a mess because of this. If I did it, you can too.
